Choosing your wealth planner is a big deal. It requires feeling like you’ve made the choice that’s good, true and right for you.
 
Because you need to be confident that you’ve made the right decision, I want to spend a little time with you. This is a partnership, and entering into it is a thoughtful and clear-eyed process.

Understand, this consultation process costs you nothing. 
The point is to make sure you’re going into this fully informed. In total, it’ll take about an hour and a half of conversation, plus some thinking time for you as well as for me.

The Process Unfolds Like This…

We Talk On The Phone.
We take about 30 minutes getting to know one another and understanding whether what I do dovetails with what you want. There needs to be a good fit between my expertise and your expectations.
 
If we both agree that mine is the right firm, we move on to the next phase.

Meeting to Evaluate and Advise.
​We schedule a meeting in my office or over Zoom. We take time to develop clarity on your most important concerns and priorities. You bring relevant documents and answer some key questions. What we’re looking at includes:
 
  • Are you on track to reaching your financial goals?
  • Are you paying too much in taxes?
  • Are you satisfied with your current investment process, returns and advice, or can it be improved?
  • What are the risks to your financial independence and how can we eliminate them?
  • Do your investments reflect your values?
 
Our Analysis. This part is on us. Calling on our experience and our relationships with some of the best minds in the business, we answer the questions uncovered in our conversations with you. Then, we develop an overarching plan for meeting your financial goals.

Follow-up Meeting.

We meet again, either on Zoom or in my office. We answer your questions, and show you the results of our analysis of your situation. Then, there are two options: a) we can move on to the next step, where we begin putting your plan into action; or b) you can take time to think about it.
 
a.Taking action. If you’re ready to pull the trigger, we all sign and move on to the next step.
 
b.Thinking about it. Deciding where you’re getting your financial advice is one of the most important decisions you make. If you want to take more time, that’s great. It’s important that you feel we share your values, and that our recommendations make sense to you. You need to measure our cost versus your benefit and feel confident and comfortable with your decision.
 
After thinking about it, we have a third meeting. If you have any other questions or concerns, we answer them. If you’ve decided you’re ready to go, we get the party started.



​In the final analysis, this is all about taking action.

What’s important is not that you choose us. What’s important is that you make the choice that inspires confidence and promises a better tomorrow.
